Ballet

Ballet is based on techniques that have been developed over centuries. Ballet uses music and dance to tell stories. Ballet dancers have the ability to transport an audience to another world.

As a beginner in ballet, you are probably wondering what it takes to become a ballet dancer. You will find that ballet is one of the most beautiful and graceful of all dance styles. Ballet dancers must be highly trained and disciplined, but their hard work and dedication is evident in their ability to glide effortlessly across a stage.

At 4SDC, we have expert ballet instructors that focus on technique and strength.
